Our instructors are passionate about martial arts and teaching effective self defense techniques to those willing to learn. We have over 35 years of combined experience in martial arts including Aikido, Aiki-jujutsu, Judo, Karate, Kempo, and Fillipino Martial Arts
Our philosophy is to be open minded to any system or technique that is truly effective; eliminating what is not useful; and to share effective self defense techniques with anyone willing to learn. While we are not an MMA school per se, we do teach "mixed martial arts" in the sense we take the best of many martial arts to form a practical system that anyone can learn and use for effective self-defense.
